Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made within 4 weeks of your stay must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate adjustments where possible. Please note the following terms regarding amendments and cancellations:

• Amending Your Booking: A minimum of 14 days’ notice (2 weeks) must be given should you wish to move or reschedule your booking to an alternative date. All changes are subject to availability.

• Cancellations for Refund: A minimum of 21 days’ notice (3 weeks) is required to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed less any transaction fees incurred.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the full booking amount being retained.

• No Shows: Failure to arrive without prior notice will forfeit all payments made.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and the continued smooth running of our lake for all guests.
